Job Title: DataStage ETL Developer- (MUST HAVE Cloud DB experience!!!)

 

Location: Metro Detroit, MI

 

Duration: 6+ months Contract to Hire

 

Required Skills/Competencies:

• Minimum of bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as ETL Developer working on design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of ETL Mappings, Work-flows, and processes.
• Experience of working with at DataStage ETL tool
• Experience of working with IBM DB2 and other databases (e.g. Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, Teradata)
• Strong SQL and stored procedure development skills in one or more databases
• Experience in data profiling and data quality activities
• Experience of working with relational and dimensional data modeling (e.g. star schemas, snowflakes schemas).
• Experience working with different file types (XML, fixed width, delimited)
• Experience of working on broad industries eg. Healthcare, Automotive, Insurance, product development, and/or consulting industries
• Must have very good interpersonal skills; be able to work well on a cross-functional team environment
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational, and planning skills

Strong technical aptitude, ability to multi-task and be flexible to respond to changing priorities
