Position: SAP Basis Engineer
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: Long Term
Needs to be local to Dallas for the position
SAP Basis Engineer : • 7+ years of Basis experience in an ECC6, BW, PI, Portal, FIORI, GRC environment, with an emphasis in configuration, analysis and troubleshooting. • Extensive experience with Linux Virtualization, and Oracle RAC, as well as Solution Manager required. • Experience with performance tuning, support/enhancement packs and patches and system refreshes across the landscape • Must have participated in minimum 3 Full Cycle ECC6, BW implementation, in a Basis/SAP Landscape design role. • Must have minimum 2 projects SAP BW Performance tuning experience. • Must have minimum 2 Data center migration experience. • Must have minimum 2 projects for OS/DB Migration experience with downtime minimize options. • Experience supporting applications and projects in a large sized, global company required • Excellent documentation and project management skills required Primary Skill: SAP Basis Top 3-5 skills & min. year experience required for each : • 7+ years of Basis experience in an ECC6, BW, PI, Portal, FIORI, GRC environment, with an emphasis in configuration, analysis and troubleshooting. • Extensive experience with Linux Virtualization, and Oracle RAC, as well as Solution Manager required. • Experience with performance tuning, support/enhancement packs and patches and system refreshes across the landscape • Must have participated in minimum 3 Full Cycle ECC6, BW implementation, in a Basis/SAP Landscape design role. • Must have minimum 2 projects SAP BW Performance tuning experience. • Must have minimum 2 Data center migration experience. • Must have minimum 2 projects for OS/DB Migration experience with downtime minimize options. • Experience supporting applications and projects in a large sized, global company required • Excellent documentation and project management skills required Provide a job description of the role, responsibilities and qualifications required for this position : Added in JD Provide a list of optional skills : • ESX VMWare • Linux (RHEL and OEL 6.x) • Experience with Delphix
