Required Expertise	Technical Expertise: Experience in web service testing tools like Soap UI pro or any supporting tool Expertise in using test management tool ALM and AGM Previous experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment, must be able to be an active member of the Scrum team. Experience in database testing and should be able to use complex SQL structures to mine for information Experience in using JDBC in Soap UI Experience in testing using message queues(JMS) , in SoapUI/ GEMS or any supporting tool Experience in XSD and XML schema Possess expert level of understanding of WSDL, XSD, Schema, DTD, XML documents for Web Services Testing. Experience in Programming languages Advanced training or understanding of current QA/QC trends, methodologies, and issues Strong written and verbal communication skills in customer settings and with internal management. Strong active listening, facilitation and presentation skills. Strong knowledge of QA testing methodologies, concepts, processes, and documentation. Strong knowledge of IT software development life cycle. Solid project management skills. Solid time management and prioritization skills. Experience with open source testing frame works like JUnit , NUnit is a plus
