Role : Azure Support Engineer 

Location : Redmond, WA

Microsoft Azure Platform, SQL Azure / SQL Server, Cloud Computing, Virtualization, Customer Support

Detailed JD / Responsibility

SOFT SKILLS  Handle technically challenging and politically sensitive customer situations Strong communications skills - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills   Effective in :       . Polished interaction with customer to gather information       . Quickly explain customer responsibilities in resolving issue;      . Communicate next steps and status; and inspire confidence   Demonstrable troubleshooting skills Cross-team collaboration Logical and Critical thinking Passion for technology and customer support   TECHNICAL SKILLS : 3 to 4 years Strong knowledge of cloud vs. on premise computing.  Solid understanding of fundamentals of cloud computing Technical understanding of the Azure Platform and architecture Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Windows platform SQL Azure / SQL Server High proficiency levels in Troubleshooting, Logical and Critical thinking, Analytical problem solving, Cross-team collaboration, Customer advocacy  Knowledge with load balancing, geo-redundancy, CDN and VPN technologies preferred Knowledge with Virtualization concepts and virtual system administration
