Job Description:
This position will lead the development of a data warehouse/reporting security program related to Child Support with the primary customer.
Experience Requirements:
· Have 3 to 5 years of project management related experience in database management systems, business intelligence tools and systems
· Have 3 to 5 years of data security program experience specific to the development of data security programs.
· Work under the guidance of the Data Warehouse Project Manager to understand and prioritize security program related project tasks.
· Have the ability to solve complex technical problems, understand business objectives and problems, identify alternative solutions, perform feasibility studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives in support of the project's data security program.
· Develop associated project plans, business requirements, deliverables and other project artifacts.
· Be responsible for analysis and documentation activities required for development of a data warehouse security program to support Child Support related business intelligence applications and architecture.
· Have the ability to identify and clearly define security processes to assure compliance with Federal Tax Information (FTI) protection requirements.
· Prior experience in working with FTI and OCSE compliance preferred but not required.
· Conduct in-depth analysis of data warehouse platform security standards, assess organizational and program needs and document a resulting security plan based on industry best practices and corresponding Federal regulations. Familiarity with a variety of the data warehouse and data security concepts, practices and procedures is required.
