IVR Technical Lead

Looking for candidates with Distributed network and mainframe experience. More importantly are the soft skills.  The manager needs someone with strong experience as a technical lead. Strong leadership skills and assertiveness will be equally important.

Requires the Following Skillset:

·         Having an understanding in IVR concepts and technology

·         Distributed Network

·         Mainframe Computing

·         Win2012 Server

·         JAVA JDK/JRE 1.7

·         SOAP Web Services

·         MQ Services

·         DB2

·         Security / Encryption implementation knowledge (i.e. SSL, Mutual Authentication, Advanced Encryption Standards (SHA-512, etc.) and  if you want to use this person over several IVR.

·         CISCO VoIP implementation experience
