Position:: SharePoint Administrator

Location:: Stamford, CT

Duration:: 6+ months

Rate:: $35/hr on C2C

 

Note:- VISA copy required for submission.

 

Technical/Functional Skills :-

 

·         Strong understanding of SharePoint 2013 Architecture

·         SharePoint administration experience including server installation, configuration and support. Knowledge of SharePoint Online would be plus.

·         Strong  understanding  of  infrastructure  set  up,  and  in-depth  knowledge  of  security  architecture concepts (Kerberos, FBA, Claims, Token service).

·         Understanding of SQL 2008/2012 server as relates to SharePoint.

 

Roles & Responsibilities :-

 

·         SharePoint administration experience including server installation, configuration and support. Knowledge of SharePoint Online would be plus.

·         Strong  understanding  of  infrastructure  set  up,  and  in-depth  knowledge  of  security  architecture concepts (Kerberos, FBA, Claims, Token service).

·         Good knowledge of PowerShell scripting

·         Knowledge of Windows Server administration skills with Active Directory, IIS server and SQL Server administration.

·         Knowledge of Business Process Analysis & Documentation is preferred.

·         General knowledge of networking – IP, DNS, Load Balancing.

·         Knowledge of information security and management

·         Ability to analyze performance issues within both the SharePoint applications and corresponding databases and make recommendations for improvements, as well as, the overall optimization of the SharePoint 2013 environment.

·         Experience in working in onsite – offshore model.
