Position : Maximo Techno-Functional consultant
Location: Fort Worth, TX
Duration : 5-6 months
Job Roles -:
Person will act as the Point of Contact for all Technical requirements and work closely with client.
Should hand hold the offshore team and ensure quality deliveries are made as a team.
Should be capable of communicating, interacting with wider business stakeholders to understand the system capabilities well and document the same.
Should be capable to lead the team both Technically and tactically.
Mandatory Skills -:
• Responsible for managing development, system administration, integration, technical architecture and/or security teams
Processes Excellent knowledge of Pharma lifecycle - IQ, OQ & PQ processes
• Requires skills in multiple technical environments and possesses an increased level of business and deep technical knowledge on Upgrades and development.
• Organizes and documents technical requirements and technical design specifications. Provides technical sizing for requirements. Recommends and facilitates product/solution selection.
• Develops work plan and timelines to meet project timeframes.
• Works with client to understand business issues and their environment in order to manage enterprise-wide information support systems. Evaluates new application packages and tools and technologies.
• Leads the technical evaluation and selection process for system enhancements, by overseeing gap analysis studies, feasible alternative solutions, and recommending or approving the scope of modifications.
• Plans and schedules the installation and deployment of new modules, upgrades and fixes.
• Coordinates the development of custom integration solutions including major enhancements, interfaces, functions and features.
• Documents changes to applications, integration and conversion plans. May develop and maintain system and application architecture diagrams.
• Ensures the adherence to quality standards and procedures. Reviews modules for quality assurance and ensures compliance with application architecture standards and SLAs
• Ensures modules are production-ready and supports the ongoing maintenance of applications
• Oversees and manages the technical services corresponding to Tier II (application) and Tier III (integration) support
• Provides technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to team members, including guidance or system expertise
• Develops reports and presentations for senior management
• Coordinates resource demand and capacity considerations
• Promote cross-training and resource-sharing with other IT teams
• Assists in defining and creating security profiles
Preferred Skills -:
Maximo certification.
