Project:
o Help develop a formalized application packaging process. This includes the creation of an application intake procedure and process that Client will use to bring on new sites or applications in to the VDI environment. In addition to creating this process the other key objective is to create application packages using Client's tools for AppV, SCCM, or like utilities. It is estimated that up to 400 unique packages could be included during this project.

o Datacenter practice headed by Nick Chandler
o Sr Citrix Engineers
o Project Manager
Position: Senior App-V Specialist
· With 3-5 years exp in a large enterprise
· Managing/supporting app-v infrastructure.
· Deploying app-v packages including connection groups
· Troubleshooting the app-v package, deployment and client issues with the package.
· Resolving app-v package integrations with local apps as well as other app-v packages.
Position: App Packager Role:
· With 3-5 years exp in a large enterprise
· Objectives: Help develop a formalized application packaging process. This includes the creation of an application intake procedure and process that Client will use to bring on new sites or applications in to the VDI environment. In addition to creating this process the other key objective is to create application packages using Client's tools for AppV, SCCM, or like utilities. It is estimated that up to 400 unique packages could be included during this project.
· Scope: Package as many non-base image packages as possible into a format that will support Microsoft's AppV technology. Any application that isn't considered part of the base image should be analyzed and tested for application capability with AppV. Tools such as AppDNA can be leveraged to help identify problems or incompatibilities.
· Deliverable s : A formal approach to application packaging. This includes creating a formal folder structure to support application intake process, creating documentation for application packaging requirements, documentation for each application that was packaged and how it was performed as well as any custom steps taken to get the application packaged and working according to Client's requirements and specifications.
