Position:     Hadoop Consultant
Location:    Charlotte, NC
Duration:    12+ Months

Required:-
7-8+ years of experience is required.
Should have knowledge MapR Hadoop distribution (MapR is different than Mapreduce. MapR is a Hadoop distribution)
Should have expertise in Java
Should have coded Hive programs and used HiveQL extensively
Should have coded Pig programs and used Pig commands (not just UDFs in Pig)
Experience in installing and configuring Hadoop components like Hive, Pig, Hbase, etc. independently
Coding experience in HBASE API in loading and extracting from Hbase
