1)Title: IBM Sr ODM Developer
Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: 6-12 months
Description:
Technical/Functional Skills:
•The client needs technical lead with experience in ODM and Rules framework implementation and hands on experience on the below:
•6+ years of overall information technology experience
•5+ years combined of experience with IBM ODM, WODM or JRules / ILOG and/or other industry standard Business Rule Engines such as Blaze advisor, Drools
•J2EE,XML, Java, SOAP & Rest webservices, Eclipse
•Knowledge of Insurance domain
•Experience in end to end BRMS based systems integration & customization.
•Experience in leading and directing implementations.
•Decision Validation Services
Experience Required: 7-9 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
•The other responsibilities expected are:
•Design IBM ODM solutions leveraging BRMS architecture
•Design and develop rules and event solutions using IBM ODM (Operational Decision Management), iLog, JRules, BRMS.
•Develop Proof of Technology, Proof of Concepts.
•Advise customers on various integration options to invoke ODM rules
•Web services and other J2EE development and integrations
•Contribute to the decision management practice with items such as blog entries, demos, designing solution offerings, etc.
2)Title: PRM Program Manager
Location: Lincolnshire, IL
Duration: 6-12 months
Experience: 10+ years
Description:
Mandatory Skillset:
•Strong Program Management Skills w/Functional expertise in PRM (Partner Relationship Management) functions.
•Professional expertise in managing large scale Partner Management programs
•Knowledge in Partner Relationship features on Siebel or Salesforce Sales Cloud like Partner, Contact, Lead, Opportunity Management module -
is a must and exposure in other modules like Sales Reports & Dashboards, Sales Collaboration
•Project schedule management, Scope management, Risk management and must be able to drive multiple teams effectively
•Project stakeholder management and drive/conduct workshops, focused sessions, management cadences as and when needed
•Strong Leadership, analytical thinking, problem solving, and great communication skills.
Good to have
•Exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud
•PMP certified, Greater knowledge of the business side of IT
•Hands-on in managing SharePoint sites for projects
3)Title:Database Tester
Location:Jacksonville,FL
Description:
Good in SQL, database testing and should able to write complex queries
2) Should have banking experience (Capital Market, Investment Banking, Finance)
3) Should have thorough knowledge and experience in testing methodologies, ALM/JIRA
