We have an urgent requirement for our client based in Denver, CO

 

Role : Remedy Developer

Location : Denver, CO

Duration : 6+ Months

 

Required Skills :

 
Extensive knowledge in developing applications using Action Request system.
Extensive knowledge in the following Remedy ITSM Modules.
     * Incident Management
     * Change Management
     * Problem Management
     * Service Request Management
     * Work Order Management
     * Service Level Management
Excellent working knowledge with Atrium CMDB, AIE and AI.
Excellent Analytical skills.
Experience in installing, configuring and maintaining Remedy system environment.
Good understanding of ITIL Process
Development of SRD's including Advanced Interface Forms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
