We have an urgent requirement for a BA with ServiceNow. This is a contract position based in Phoenix, AZ.

Duration: 6+months contract.

***NOTE: VISA copy is mandatory for submission.***

Job Description :
 

·         Candidate should have good business analysis and testing skills, experience working with Rally, QualityCenter, Clairty, and Service now.

·         Certifications are preferred in Scrum and business analysis.

·         Should have knowledge of Service Now and Visual Studio

·         Requirement gathering

·         Report & matrix preparations

·         Escalations handling

·         Manual updates

·         Collect feedback from stakeholders

·         Presentation to Senior management
