This PAR is for an external Lead SalesForce (SFDC)/Java Developer. The SFDC Developer will be part of the CRM SAFe Agile Team Alignment. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional strong decision-making skills, possess high initiative, extremely well organized, good interpersonal, and a commitment to quality. This is an opportunity to share knowledge, experiences, and be involved in a highly successful team environment.
Required Skills:
* Salesforce (SFDC) and APEX coding language
* Java Development * Existing IC/TP Development (preferred)
* Commitment to working in small highly competent teams
* Experience or knowledge of Agile Development practices
* Commitment to incorporating quality software practices into all phases of the project life lifecycle
