Title: PMP Certified IT Project Manager

Location: Jackson, MI

Duration: 12+ months

Rate: US$45/hr c2c

 

·         5+ years of recent expertise with project management methodologies and tools

·         Experience with planning and managing all phases of system development (e.g., requirements gathering, design, configuration, development, COTS selection, testing, conversion and application support)

·         Manage all aspects of IT projects, including monitoring scope, schedule, cost, quality, dependencies, and benefits throughout the project lifecycle

·         Create project artifacts, such as project plans, metrics, team and stakeholder communications, resource requirements and schedules

·         Successful delivery of multiple cross-functional, medium complexity projects

·         Experience leading projects in multiple technologies and functions

·         Knowledge/experience with Waterfall and Agile SDLC techniques

·         Demonstrated understanding of leadership principles, resource management practices, and organizational change management techniques

·         Demonstrated ability to coordinate activities within a shared services organization model

·         PMP certification

·         Experience with Organizational Change Management
