Location: Chicago, IL

1) 6+ years of industry experience.

2) Extensive experience with core, server-side Java development.

3) Extensive experience building  applications with Spring (2+ yrs of exp)

4) Extensive experience with Servlet, JSP,  Spring (4+ yrs of exp)

5)  Extensive experience in implementing JAVA and J2EE design patterns (3+ yrs of exp)

6) Experience with web application servers (4+ yrs of exp)

7) Experience with UML such as Class diagrams, sequence diagrams (4+yrs of exp)

8) Experience with object relational technology such as Hibernate (2+ yrs of exp)

9) Agile/Scrum experience
