JOB TITLE: Workday Integration Test Lead (HCM/Payroll Integration focus) 

TERM: 6+ months -

Rate: 67 -

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: In this role, be responsible for defining and executing testing strategy and plans for all Workday systems integrations

LOCATION: Duluth, GA

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Integration QA Lead experience with enterprise HCM/HRMS implementation - Workday integration experience
• 10+ years' experience in Software Quality testing 
• 5+ years' experience managing testing of large enterprise global systems.
• Proven experience managing the testing of IT projects with a large number of integrations with other systems (50+ integrations).
• Proven experience managing global virtual testing teams.
• Excellent communications skills
• Action driven, service oriented, self managed and high degree of autonomy
• Excellent teaming skills
• Strong test management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and negotiations skills.

PLUS SKILLS: 

• Functional knowledge of payroll systems and business processes
• HP Quality Center Experience
