Job Title: Oracle Fusion Application Consultant
Location: Tampa, FL
Duration: 6-12 Months Contract
!! Must have experience on Fusion Compensation and Fusion HR applications !!
Required background:
Engage with the client early in the life-cycle to consult on business processes, guides the team in analyzing the business requirements and maps the same to the process within the Fusion product.
Prepare To-Be Design documents and Set-up document. Develop functional design document for any enhancements/Interfaces to be built.
Review work of team members, provide suggestions on problem statement articulation, discuss with stakeholders, define and document the problem and develop high level solution.
Work closely with Customer SMEs to gather requirements to be mapped in Fusion compensation. Prepare test scenarios/Test Scripts and conduct UAT.
Provide support to users in Fusion Compensation related incidents/Issues
Guide the team in configuring the application in line with the design documents, plan the activities for configuration and development with PM, work with product vendors to resolve product issues,
Work with client to get requirement clarifications and user sign off on key changes.Review the cut over plan, collate the best practices on deployment methodologies.
Resolve validation and verification issues escalated by team and communicate with clients for effective and efficient issue resolution
Own the complete proposal development for large proposals, solve the business problem with a view to proactively identify risk.
