| Roles & Responsibilities | -Working with business analyst teams and IT staff to build prototypes to validate system requirements. -Provide Development Lead ongoing, unambiguous and accurate communication regarding the status of the tasks assigned. -Know where deliverables are in the development process and how they map to project milestones and schedules. -Ownership for the quality and timeliness of all assigned tasks, ensuring all code is unit tested and reviewed before moving to next step. -Adherence to development processes (e.g., Coding Standards, Code Reviews, Unit Testing, Development Process, Release Notes, etc.). -Ownership for roadblock resolution. Seeing the problem and owning the resolution. -Assess potential downstream impact of roadblocks and communicate to Team. -Participate in requirements gathering to provide technical input on system options and solutions |
