Title: Database Expert with wealth management domain knowledge
Location: NYC, NY
Duration: 6 months Contract

Job Description:
· Minimum 5 years relevant banking experience required.
· Knowledge about business operations in Wealth Management, Banking, Portfolio Management, Order Generation and Management, and Trade Execution and Processing
· Working knowledge of Database technologies on wide range of the platforms, including but not limited to MS SQL, Oracle, Sybase, DB2.
· Expert and in-depth knowledge and inner working of several different Database products
· Sound understanding of business systems architecture, communications technologies, and technology infrastructures
· Hands-on experience in Database issues and performance troubleshooting, SQL development and analysis
Required Skills:
· Expert knowledge and inner working of several different Database products
· Working knowledge of legacy, current and emerging Database technologies on wide range of the platforms, including but not limited to MS SQL, Oracle, Sybase, DB2
· Knowledge of distributed, parallel and in-memory Databases
· Expertise in Database configuration, analysis and issues troubleshooting,
· Database performance optimization and troubleshooting
· Hands-on experience in SQL development and troubleshooting
