Position: Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Identity Manager
Location: Torrance (CA)
Duration: 6 months (Extendable)
JD
· Oracle Access Management 11gR1/R2
· Oracle Identity Management 11gR1/R2
· ODSEE / OVD / OEM work experience is a plus
· Experience in working on Unix, Linux, Solaris platforms with basic scripting skills
· Knowledge of OIM and OAM prerequisite software, Oracle DB, LDAP, WebLogic App Server, etc.
· Knowledge of federated identity and web services security concepts such as SAML
· Should have a high level understanding of Security Solutions/Security Operational environments (tools and processes)
· Experience in standard operating procedures to perform IAM pre and post production support activities
· Reviewing changes in the production environments and coordinating with key stakeholders from IT, business operation teams and/or third party Vendors
· Should have comprehensive knowledge of concepts of Incident, Change & Problem Management and experience of working on ticketing tools
· Experience in troubleshooting and documenting issues, gaps, and resolutions
· Understanding of service level agreements and prioritization of Incidents/enhancements
