POSITION DESCRIPTION
Provide production support for Insurance's new claims processing application suite. Troubleshoot application production issues. Respond to critical application outages or issues. Drive to root cause and resolution. Provide on-call support for after hours batch processes. Follow release management processes for implementing baseline and production break-fix code changes. Partner with Delivery Management team to ensure a smooth transition from enhancement and project teams to production support team. Ensure that service level agreements are met.

4-5 years of experience working with Data Stage and ETL
Interest in learning and approaches quickly with little or no formal training.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
