b. Hands on experience in the implementation of HP Service Manager

We are looking for HPSM professionals with the following skillsets:
1. Must Have Skills/Certifications
• Solid working experience in HPSM covering Technical and functional modules
• Strong hands-on experience on HPSM architecture, solution design, Configurations and Troubleshooting of HPSM
• Ability to understand customer requirements and do effective feasibility analysis
• Experience/Knowledge of Integrating HPSM with 3rd Party products
• Domain: ITSM
2. Desired Skills/Certifications
• Experience in implementing HPSM as a product for customer needs and provide effective consultancy services
Qualification
Bachelor's/Master's degree
Experience Required ( In Years)
Overall experience of 8+ year in the IT industry with atleast 3+ years on HPSM
