Position : .NET Architecture - 2070

Duration : 24 Months

Location : Albany, NY

 

MANDATORY SKILLS REQUIRED:

·         84 Months Demonstrated work experience in an N-tier web-based Microsoft .Net architecture using VB. Net and web services with a focus on complex Patient Care projects.

·         84 Months Demonstrated work experience with interpreting Drug Utilization Review (DUR) algorithms including drug trial calculations, data aggregation and data trending to develop Stored Procedures/triggers in ORACLE PL/SQL with Ref Cursors using ORACLE 9i.(NOTE: Microsoft SQL Server or MS Access will NOT be considered as valid database experience.)

·         72 Months Demonstrated work experience using National coding standards like ICD-9, HEDIS, AHFS, TCGPI, SAMSAH etc.

·         72 Months Demonstrated work experience designing security protocols using LDAP and Oracle Fine Grain Auditing (FGA) to protect patient health information.

·         60 Months Demonstrated day-to-day management of a team consisting of Developers, Database Administrators, Business analysts and QA testers.

·         60 Months Demonstrated work experience interpreting and analyzing complex business requirements and building logic within an application's code to meet those requirements.

·         36 Months Demonstrated work experience with complex Health related patient records, such as Medicaid; Episodes of Care; Lab and Radiology; and HIPAA protected data for large organizations; Federal, State or Local Agencies.

·         36 Months Demonstrated work experience using the AGILE framework with SCRUM methodology in a software development environment.

·         Master's Degree

o   A copy of the degree must be submitted with the Candidate Response Form.
