Location: Burbank, CA
Duration: 1 year
Rate: $50/hr all Inc.
Must have Service Now experience
Requirements:
• Seeking experienced IT Business analyst with 3-5 years working in support of IT Processes and Tools in an ITIL-based organization
• Should have a strong focus on Service Design and Service Operations (I.e. - Change, Release, Service Request, Incident and Problem Management)
• Experience working in "Service Now", IT Service Management tool as well as SharePoint highly desired
• Ability to work closely with the business as liaison for understanding and communicating process requirements
• Must be flexible and able to work independently to meet fast paced turnaround timelines for wide range of client deliverables
• Possess strong communication skills (verbal and written) and able to deliver training as needed
• Must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
