Position : Junior / Senior / Lead Technical Recruiter – US Staffing
Experience : 1 – 8 Years
Location : Suite No – 201, 2nd Floor, Babu Khan Millennium Centre, Somajiguda, Hyderabad
Timings : 07:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST (EST Timings)
Responsibilities
· Strong in Niche IT skills into Banking Vertical.
· Must be well versed with end to end recruitment process and expertise in IT vertical.
· Results orientated and driven to succeed- Ability to prioritize multiple client needs
· Need Good experience of a consulting environment for searching and recruiting software consultants and negotiating rates, signing agreements and closing the opportunities.
· The candidate will be individual contributor, who will be responsible to hire IT professionals on various skills.
· Effectively manage multiple job requisitions and deliver on a high volume basis.
· Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
· Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop)

Desired Profile
· Experience working with Direct Clients highly preferred.
· Must have experience working on all United States Tax-terms (W2, 1099 and Corp2Corp)
· Good understanding of the various technologies and the ability to screen resumes and understand the requirement.
· Multi-task and prioritize effectively, ability to shift gears on the fly for multiple requirements.
· Candidate must be Organized, Ethical and Punctual with excellent communication skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good understanding of the recruitment process.
