It is kind of Window Admin position and require experience upon 

IP Sub netting, DHCP, DNS and Active Directory

IP Engineer

Location: Redmond, WA

Exp : 8 Years 

 

Mandatory Skills:

·         Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSI 7- Layer model

·         Strong understanding of DHCP, DNS and Active Directory

·         Understanding of DNS Split Brain concept, Stub Zone and Devolution

·         Good Understanding of Active Directory Site replications

·         Experience on Installation of DHCP, configuration of DHCP Scopes and it's options

·         Strong understanding IP Subnets / VLSM / CIDR

·         Ability to troubleshoot and fix IP conflicts on Large Enterprise network

·         Good Understanding on Windows 2008 R2 / 2012

Responsibilities:

·         Install DHCP , DNS servers

·         Configure DHCP service and Created DHCP Scopes / Options and Update the Documentation

·         Configure Active Directory with Sites and  Replication

·         Resolve IP Subnet conflicts

·         Analyze the IP Address Utilization trends and create new subnets and De-commission old subnets

·         Configure DNS Zones, Records

·         Design IP Addressing schema for new networks and create Documentation
