JD:

   Technically proficient in Oracle database 
  Possess Project Management experience 
  7 years of large IT organization experience 
  Possess broad cross product, application and development experience across front, middle and back office functions 
  Good analysis , interpretation & communication skills 
  Ability to independently assess and suggest solutions 

  Ability to quickly assimilate technical information
