This contract is for one (1) Architect to be assigned to the OIT Pensions Active Accounting project team to support the following Pensions Initiative: Return to Employment.
The selected candidate must demonstrate strong architectural skills and web technical skills, both on the submitted resume and during the interview conducted at OIT.
Skills must include:
· Ability to design, develop and implement application infrastructure to provide reliable and scalable applications and systems to meet the organization's objectives and requirements.
· The selected candidate must be familiar with a variety of the application technologies, environments, concepts, methodologies, practices, and procedures.
· The selected Architect must also be able to perform a variety of complicated tasks with minimal or no direct supervision.
· The selected Architect will be experienced in defining systems and application architecture.
· The selected candidate must possess prior experience leading a project.
· The candidate will be expected to use MSWORD and MSEXCEL to produce project documentation and must have previous experience performing documentation tasks.
· Candidate will be expected to communicate verbally and in writing with the client, and must have previous experience performing client contact.
· The candidate will work a 40-hour week between the core hours of 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., flexible work schedules are not permitted; all work must be performed on-site at River View Plaza, on-site overtime may be required.
Please note that during the OIT on-site interview process, the following 2-part interview will take place at River View:
Part 1: approx. 20 - 30 minutes of general questioning to confirm experience as indicated on the resume, and oral technical questions confirming skills as indicated on the resume specific to this project.
Part 2: approx. 60 minutes, written technical questions specific to skills necessary to complete tasks for this project.

Oracle 11g must be included in Oracle experience
SPRING
UML
Prior experience mentoring web developers
