1. L2+ UNIX (Solarsi/Linux) administration

2. Load Balancing apache/weblogic/tomcat

3. OS Patching experience

4. Linux Ldap knowledge

5. Unix User Administration knowledge

6. Scripting knowledge

7. Migration/Build Experiences.

8. Cold Fusion/Middleware knowledge.

9. Solaris Volume manager/Logical Volume manager

10. Tomcat/apache/Weblogic deployment and troubleshooting knowledge.
