Minimum Requirements 

 5 + year prior experience as a software developer or as a consultant. 
 Previous experience gathering and documenting requirements from customers and project teams and scoping effort required to complete customer and project deliverables.
 Solid programming background with Java (or C++), HTML, JSP, and JavaScript. 
 Extensive experience with Windows architectures. 
 Strong English communications skills. 
 Technical undergraduate degree. 
 Ability to travel.
