Position:: Business Analyst (Migrations)
Location:: Armonk, NY
Duration:: 1+ year
Rate: $48/hr on C2C
Note:- H1B/ EAD copy required at the time of submission.
Skills required :-
· Experience in developing Use Case Models and Test case preparation
· SQL/Oracle skills
· Good knowledge of Database and Migrations concepts
· Extensively used PL/SQL for Data Migrations
· Creating test scripts using PL SQL for validating the migrated data
· Lead activities with business subject matter experts, leadership, and vendors to identify, analyze and document system functional requirements and/or system technical requirements.
· Validate requirement completeness and accuracy and obtain business and project team sign-off
· Support change control process, business case creation, and validation of effort estimation
· Supporting day-to-day issues as well as new pieces of work
· Able to plan/track tasks/activities
· Report progress/challenges to Project Manager
· Need to have excellent communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
· Leadership skills
· Experience in business analysis in insurance or reinsurance domain
· Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Migrations Project
