Job Description:
· We are looking for a Java/J2ee Developer with 7+ years of experience in Java Development.
· Nice to have Prior experience with Telecom, Cable or Wireless Domain.
· Strong experience with Building/Consuming Java Web Services.
· 5+ year experience with SOAP/Restful web services, SOA architecture and design principals, XML/XSD.
· Java Web Services with JAX-WS and JAX-RS.
· Experience with Frameworks like Spring/Struts and Hibernate.
· Experience with at least one leading application servers: BEA Weblogic, IBM WebSphere, JBOSS
· Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills are a must
· Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
· Should have good experience developing stored procedures in Oracle – PL/SQL, etc.
· Design and Architecture experience using object-oriented methodologies and tools such as RSA required.
· Expertise with Agile (TDD) methodology.
· A thorough understanding of managing DB transactions and improving performance required
· Experience with development tools such as Eclipse and Maven.
· Experience with Front end Development ; JSP, Servlet, Ajax/Jquery/Java Script .

· We are looking for a Java Lead with 10+ years of experience in Java Development.
· Candidate should have 3-4+ years of experience leading a team.
· Onsite/Offshore Coordination.
· Nice to have Prior experience with Telecom, Cable or Wireless Domain.
· Strong experience with Building/Consuming Java Web Services.
· 5+ year experience with SOAP/Restful web services, SOA architecture and design principals, XML/XSD.

Job Title : Technical Architect (Java/J2ee) (2)
Location : St. Louis, MO
Duration : Long Term
Job Summary:
• Architect, design, deliver and maintain core frameworks and mechanisms for use in developing n-tiered, enterprise applications in a service-oriented architecture (SOA) environment. Perform detailed design and implementation of re-usable components while providing technical expertise and mentoring to Development teams. The candidate must demonstrate progressive leadership in the full life cycle software development environment.
Major Duties:
• Lead architecture and design teams.
• 10 years of Java EE experience Maintain and support new and existing libraries and core services in the Enterprise Services Platform (ESP).
• Develop prototype and architecture for new concepts and technology that would eventually be used by the Development teams.
• Provide support and mentoring to both senior- and junior-level developers distributed amongst the Development teams.
• Assist Operations team in optimizing and stabilizing the platform through identifying and tuning performance bottlenecks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Full life-cycle development in an enterprise development environment.
• Exposure to Agile methodology a plus.
• Development against relational database preferably using Oracle
• In-depth knowledge of code build/maintenance solution preferably Maven or Ant
• Ability to create cost-estimates and software/system development Business Cases
Skills and Experience:
• 5+ years of software architecture experience
• 10+ years of software development experience
• 7 years of experience in building large scale and highly distributed systems
• 7 years of onsite customer facing consulting skills
• 5+ years' experience developing SOA Applications, Web Services using JAX-WS /JAX-RS using BEA Technical Stack.
• 4+ years' experience coding Java/J2EE
• 2+ years' experience integrating distributed Applications including .NET, J2EE, and Client/Server Applications.
• 2+ years' experience in Architecture Analysis/Design, as well as demonstrated ability to solve end customers problems.
• Experience in a Telecom or Cable would be plus.
• Should have excellent communication, negotiation, decision making, and problem solving skills.
• Must be a team player.
• Must have "can do" /"will do" attitude.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
