Seeking an Application Technical lead for supporting a customer marketing database system.  The position will be supporting custom CRM application (Transactional, Analytical and Campaign Management).  Leverage his/her knowledge and understanding of solutions, industry best practices, and/or technology design for production support, system enhancements and projects.

The candidate will work under the supervision of the ECRM Team Manager. 

Ideal Candidate:

• Have background with CRM technologies and marketing concepts. 
• Have background in automotive industry.
• An experienced application Technical Lead with hands on development, mentoring skills.
• Have skills in OLTP and OLAP Data Modeling, DB2 SQL and Stored Procedures, Informatica ETL and Java EJB.
• Ability to understand various integration points between different systems, comprehend changes and impact analysis between existing systems.
• Knowledge of MDM concepts and BIG data solutions.
• Ability to design solutions and conduct data analysis based on industry best practices, knowledge and experience in customer data analysis and segmentation. 
• Strong communication skills.

 

Responsibilities:

 

The responsibilities for the position include the analysis, design, development, support of the production processes and applications.

 

• Provide technical leadership and direction on application and architecture designs across client's CRM Transactional, Analytical, and Campaign Management systems.
• Work closely with the Team Manager on application and architecture solutions. 
• Support day to day operations, assist with resolving production issues.
• Stay current on emerging CRM technologies.
• Provide thought leadership into next generation platform for CRM.
• Review and approve application design specifications.
• Maintain a high level understanding of client's business rules for CRM.

 

 

Required Qualifications:

Oracle Database:	·  Strong understanding of Oracle PL/SQL techniques to write stored procedures, triggers and packages that analyze several million rows across several database tables. ·  Ability to grasp relational data models quickly and program using SQL and PL/SQL ·  Clear understanding of SQL's analytical processing capabilities such as RANK, DENSE RANK etc. ·  Strong understanding of Oracle dynamic SQL and ability to write complex procedures using dynamic SQL. ·  Performance tuning methodologies and understanding of Relational database join techniques like HASH, NESTED LOOPS etc and the use of Oracle Hints. ·  Advanced knowledge of Oracle Indexing techniques like BIT Map indexes and Index Organized tables. ·  Optimize and tune stored procedures, embedded SQL, taking advantage of Oracle specific features ·  Oracle Data Partitioning techniques to manage, support and performance tune very large databases (VLDB's) ·  Understanding of Parallel execution features of Oracle to dramatically reduce response times for data intensive operations. ·  Bulk Collect functionality, pipelined functions and other features of Oracle PL/SQL. ·  Ability to write efficient PL-SQL procedures. ·  Design complete solutions	7+ years	Preferred
