- Overall understanding of Site Catalyst in order to come up with the requirements    - Understanding conceptually of what the code needs to be able to do    - Be able to write the code using Javascript and JQuery    - 6-12 months in length    - Phone/Skype interview is perfectly fine    If weighted, the preferred skills would be 60% Javascript and 40% Adobe Analytics
