Hiring Manager's Notes:
I need an Expert C++ Developer to work in the High Performance Computing (HPC) environment (primarily Unix environment). Someone with strong OOAD skill is critical for contribution. Moreover, strong Math background will be helpful, plus enough skills to generate design and develop code using OOAD methodology
Parallel programming background with MPI library is important
Enough familiarity with UNIX environment is critical and Seismic programming background will be good to have
Overview:
Our direct client is in need of a resource to come-in, and work as an HPC Application Developer in the Geoscience Domain. The HM wants someone who had "very strong" experiences with C++ Programming, OOAD, Parallel Programming and MPI Library; combined with substantial background with UNIX environment. Seismic Development experience is very beneficial and an advantage for this position.
