Position: Software Architect- SIEBEL MDM/UCM  

Loc: Bellevue, WA

Duration: 5 Months

 

Description:

1. Lead architectural experience on at least three Oracle/Siebel UCM Customer Master and Activity Hub implementations, with recent experience in Oracle Customer & Acitivity Hub UCM 8.2
2. Lead and manage master data management and data governance projects through all phases of the project lifecycle from planning, blueprint planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go live.
3. Expert knowledge of CDI architectures, Data Models
4. Lead MDM projects with blended onshore/offshore teams that range in size from 5 to 25 team members 
5. Recommend data governance processes, organizational models, and MDM technology platforms to clients
6. Advise clients on leading practices for the implementation of data governance and master data management projects 
7. Architect MDM solutions and provide business, governance and technical recommendations 
8. Influence technology direction at the divisional or enterprise level based on broad  expertise across multiple software platforms and technologies 
9. Transfer knowledge and leading practices to clients 
10. Expert knowledge of Oracle Customer Hub (UCM 8.2) architecture (Oracle Data Quality Server, Matching Server, Oracle Data Governance Manager, Third Party Enrichment, Data Sharing, External Applications, Integration)
11. Expertise in designing Batch and List Imports
12. Design and Configuration of Oracle Data Quality Server, Oracle Address Validation Server, Match, Merge, Survivorship Rules
13. Leading practice knowledge around customizing Siebel Customer Data Model, addition of custom fields to the model and UCM user interface
14. Knowledge of integrating UCM with other systems  - Designing UCM web services, SOAP Messges, XML, CMML, WSDL, publish and subscribe mechanisms, Siebel EAI,  EIM
15. Privacy Management in UCM
16. Over 10 years of progressive IT experience
17. Work with C-level, VP-level, and Director-level executives on a daily basis 
18. Develop written proposals, deliver those proposals through oral presentation and write statements of work 
19. ""Whiteboard"" with clients through the conceptualization, design and implementation of new systems, middleware, MDM, and business intelligence solutions

Nice to Have:
1. Knowledge of other MDM tools – SAP MDM, Siperian/Informatica MDM Hub, IBM WCC, Initiate etc
2. Work experience in a Onshore/Offshore environment
3. CRM implementation experience

Skills
• 7-10 years of related work experience in the areas of Master Data Management, Data Governance, Business Intelligence and/or Data Warehousing 
• A minimum of 7 years experience in a client-facing consulting delivery role managing in an onsite/offshore delivery model 
• A minimum of 3 years experience with a MDM tool required (Oracle, Informatica/Siperian or IBM MDM tools, etc. are acceptable)
