Description:

• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control activities of increasingly complex projects;

• Integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk and procurement management;

• Create and maintain a project schedule that reflects the changes in project status and meets the requirements of the project;

• Prepare and present Look-Ahead schedules derived from the project schedule (Microsoft Project knowledge);

• Review project proposals or plans to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects;

• Establish work plan and multi-disciplinary staffing, effective relationship with assigned personnel, local office personnel, and service providers;

• Manage project supervisors / leaders assigned to specific projects, outline work plan and assign duties, responsibilities, scope of authority and provides technical advice and problem resolution( technicians, engineering, service providers, vendors);

• Track project's expenditures and installation progress through reviews of status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules of plans as required;

• Maintain full financial accountability, forecast financial trends across project, manage internal and external client cost structures, or translate to / from accounting methodology using AIA standards;

• Create assigned project reports and deliver to management and customers as required (including daily project status reports with MS Excel / PowerPoint);

• Hold stakeholders accountable to project plans.

 

Required Skills:

• Experience as a Project Manager (2-5 years);

• Experience with running multi stage projects with critical delivery timelines (milestone driven PM);

• Experience in interacting with internal organization and customer organization at multiple levels;

• Experience with building and leading teams;

• Experience with access control, video surveillance and other advanced security products (preferred);

• Experience with Six Sigma (preferred);

• Experienced user of Microsoft Excel, Project, and PowerPoint software;

• Bachelor's degree or Associates degree or equivalent appropriate work experience of at least 5 years (preferred);

• PMI Project Management Professional (preferred).
