Requesting IT development help, source of effort will be for the new Inventory Management System creation.  The inventory will be anti-virals received from the Federal government in time of emergency. Candidate will also have responsibility for any other number of systems such as the Indiana Health Alert Network or the After Action Report in a maintenance environment. 

 

Description of Duties:

Create analysis and design documentation for any modifications to existing web based ASP.NET application and work with client to understand functional specifications for the applications such as IHAN, ACIS, and PHPER applications - 40% of Total Work Effort

 

Member of a team responsible for Production Support, Maintenance/Enhancement, Configuration, and Interacting with Clients for gathering requirements - 30% of Total Work Effort

 

Complete development tasks to the specification and direction of the Development Lead and collaborate with team members and support/mentor other development team members - 20% of Total Work Effort

 

Work with manager and PHPER staff to ensure projects are being complete and milestones are being met - 10% of Total Work Effort

 

Skill Set

Operating Systems - Windows - XP, 7, 8 - Intermediate - 1+ year of experience - Required

ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, WPF, TFS - Advanced - 8+ years of experience - Required

javascript, Jason, vb script - Advanced - 8+ years of experience - Required

Oracle - Intermediate - 5+ years of experience - Required

MVC - Intermediate - 4+ years of experience - Required
