Role : SAP Business Objects Developer
Work Location : Frisco, TX
Duration : 6 -12 months
Start Date : ASAP
Job Description:
This role will be providing administrative support for enterprise Data Quality, Data Profiling, Metadata management, and ETL tools. The analyst will be responsible for managing the tools and their environments across Unix and Windows Platforms. This includes software installations, upgrades, and other maintenance to ensure operational SLA's are met. The analyst will work closely with onsite and onshore application teams to resolve job/usage issues. There will be rotating on-call support for production environments.
Skills desired:
SAP Business Objects Data Services administration or development
SAP Business Objects Information Steward administration or development
Data profiling and/or metadata management experience with any enterprise tools
Unix shell experience, including scripting, setting up profiles - multiple OS experience a plus (Linux, AIX, HP)
Windows server admin experience (software installation and management)
Database access experience on multiple platforms a plus (Oracle, Teradata, SQLServer, DB2, Sybase)
Enterprise middleware experience a plus (Tibco, Weblogic, Apache)
Enterprise ETL experience a plus (Informatica, Ab Initio)
