Position: IT Program/Project Manager((With IdM))

Location: Irvine, CA and Anaheim, CA(F2F)

Contract: 6+ Month

 

 We need an IT Program/Project Manager with strong Identity Management (IdM) / User Access Control / Application Security domain experience for a 6+ month contract assignment with a major Healthcare client in Irvine, CA and Anaheim, CA.

In this visible and critical role, you will lead and manage the execution of a multi-track program/project to implement an Identity Management (IdM) solution that will accommodate a newly acquired company within the parent organization.  Specifically, our client is migrating from an Oracle Identity Management platform to an IdM solution from NetIQ.

The client's internal technical team is already well-established and is moving through the pilot phase with the 3^rd party IdM vendor (NetIQ), but we need a top-notch Project Manager to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks and expectations for multiple parallel work-streams and groups….and to represent the client's interests overall within the whole implementation effort.

Key attributes for this Project Manager include:

·         12+ years of total IT experience.

·         Deep knowledge of (and practical project experience with) Project scope / schedule / budget / risk / team management.

·         Experience managing at least 2 successful IdM or Application Security / Access Management projects.

·         Aggressive personality with high energy level, while still remaining diplomatic.

·         Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with C-level and VP-level executives via presentations and status reports (dashboards, metrics, etc).

·         Availability to start work in Irvine/Anaheim by mid-October at latest.
