We have an urgent requirement for our client based in San Rafael, CA

 

Job Title: Lead/Senior Software Engineer (Java)

Duration: Contract

Location: San Rafael, CA

Experience : 8-10 yrs

 

Responsibility:

 

·         5+ years of senior level experience in Java development

·         Minimum 4 year degree in Computer Science or related field

·         Strong analytical thinking ability, problem solving skills, and initiative

·         Strong research & troubleshooting skills

·         Knowledge of, and experience in, both Agile & Waterfall development methodologies

·         Experience with Retail Banking Industry is a plus

·         Experience with enterprise applications is a plus

 

Technologies & Tools (must have extensive use and understanding):

 

·         Key Technologies – Java, Spring (MVC, IOC, Batch) Web Services (SOAP, RESTful, Spring), Struts, Servlets, Hibernate, JUnit, JSP, XML

·         Other Technologies – Glassfish, JMS, EJB, XSD, WSDL, XSLT

·         Tools – Ant, Ivy, Maven, GIT

·         Databases – Oracle, RDBMS
