We have an urgent requirement for our client based in Washington , DC

 

Role : Java Solution Architect ( SOA )

Location : Washington, DC

Duration : 12 Months

 

Required Skills:

 

·         Strong understanding of SOA distributed architecture and experience building high volume systems with real time performance and read and write capabilities

·         Extensive experience in Java/J2EE and JMS based messaging

·         Extensive hands-on experience with SOA technologies such as JMS, ESB (Mule/Camel), REST and SOAP webservices

·         Experience building Service oriented architecture

·         Experience with Application Frameworks like Spring and Hibernate

·         Knowledge of  RDBMS

·         Experience in  performance analysis and tuning of SQL and web application

·         Extensive hands on experience in developing and architecting enterprise applications and solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle

 

Preferred Skills:

  

·         Familiarity with HTML 5, Javascript frameworks

·         Familiarity with Apache SOLR and ElasticSearch

·         Experience with NoSQL databases

·         Experience of data/information architecture would be an advantage

·         Agile development experience

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
