Title: Oracle Manufacturing Functional Consultant

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 6+ months

Strong Manufacturing Module experience. Flow manufacturing experience

 

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated functional and leadership experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong working knowledge of ERP implementations. 

5 years of ERP implementation experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 full implementation life cycle experience.

5 years of experience with hands-on working experience with Oracle e-Business Suite specifically with the following modules: Inventory, Bills of Material, Work in Process, Flow Manufacturing, Quality.

Demonstrated experience with: (1) Creation of complex interfaces/extensions, (2) Support of large ERP instances, (3) Management of data conversion activities, (4) Unit/Regression/Integrated/Stress testing plans and execution, (5) Cutover planning.

Working knowledge of a system development methodology

Diligent attention to detail and quality of outputs

Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously among changing priorities

Experience implementing, designing and enforcing project management methodology and controls.

Ability to quickly prioritize issues/requests and be capable of personally diving deep when required to deliver solutions within an accelerated timeframe.

Works well under pressure and can resolve complex problems

Works in a collaborative fashion, elevates team results over individual results.

Excellent communication skills, presenting, listening and informing. Can communicate upward and downward.

BS degree or equivalent experience.
