Senior SAP HCM Functional Lead Consultant

 

Skills & Experience needed:

 

·         10+ years of experience with SAP HCM.

·         Must have a well-rounded hands-on expertise with SAP HCM.

·         Solid understanding and expertise with SAP HCM modules - OM/PA, BN, PT, PY, Talent, BI/BW, ESS/MSS

·         Demonstrated & verifiable experience in SAP HCM implementations and integration with 3rd party systems like ADP etc.,

·         Excellent Leadership skills, ability to lead, motivate and drive measurable results - short term & long term

·         Executive presence to conduct Application stabilization progress updates, planning and organizing (up to SVP/CIO level)

·         Team work and collaboration, extended and flexible hours to embrace geographically distributed team (on-shore and off-shore model).

·         Excellent communications and inter-personnel skills
