Production support analyst

Location: Fort Worth, Texas

Duration: 6 Months

 

 

Description:

 

Relevant Experience: 6+ Years

Technical  Skills :

 

•           Experience in at least one production support project

•           Atleast 3 yrs of experience of working on Informatica Power center 9.x

•           Atleast 1 yr of hands on experience on OBIEE analytics

•           Knowledge on Siebel OLTP & OLAP data structures, Siebel EIM

•           Excellent skills in debugging complex SQL queries.

•           Good experience in PL/SQL, Unix shell scripting

•           Excellent communication skills

•           Ability to troubleshoot and debug an issue, conduct root cause analysis and resolve the issue within SLA.

•           Monitoring ETL batch jobs and performance tuning.

•           Present permanent solutions to IT.

•           ITIL support processes

 

Preferred Experience

•           Hands-on experience in Airline industry.

•           Ability to understand loyalty concepts and map suitable entities in Siebel based on requirements

•           Knowledge on Informatica Cloud

•           Oracle BI Publisher

•           DAC scheduling and monitoring

 

Roles & Responsibilities

•           Issue resolution for daily support issues.

•           Customer expectations management.

•           Daily interactions with IT & Business champion.

•           Ability to delegate work.

•           Work in onsite-offshore delivery model.
