Position:         OnBase Developer

Location:        Denver, CO

Duration:        6-9+ months

Rate:               $60-$62 hr C2C                       

 

Position Highlights

Client is looking for a motivated individual to join our Enterprise Content Management team.  The primary focus of this job is to plan, design, develop, implement and support our OnBase Enterprise Content Management solution.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery/requirements gathering meetings with end-users
• Document, analyze the requirements and design solutions that meet the business requirements
• Develop and Implement complete OnBase Workflow Solutions
• Develop test plans, conduct unit and integration testing of solutions. Oversee user acceptance testing of solutions
• Develop custom end-user documentation
• Conduct on-site and remote training for end-users
• Production support and maintenance
• Will include some evening and weekend work in response to needs of the system and/or upgrades

Background and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of overall software development experience
• Minimum 3 years' experience with Hyland Software's OnBase, preferably using Version 10.x or higher
• Desired OnBase Certifications: System Administrator (OCSA) and Workflow Administrator (OCWA)
• Practical knowledge of the following OnBase modules:  Document Imaging, Document Import Processing (Image and Meta-Data), COLD/ERM, Report Services
• Experience designing and building OnBase Workflows and Configurations  
• Experience in configuring various capture devices that integrate with OnBase
• Experience in working directly with end-users during requirements gathering and training  
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Must be proficient in a major SQL database platform, preferably Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or later
• Experience with OnBase infrastructure components
• Advanced Capture, Fax Import Integration, Business Activity Monitoring, Business Process Modeling, Application Enabler, Document Retention
• OnBase Certifications: Advanced System Administrator (OCASA), Advanced Workflow Administrator (OCAWA), Application Programming Interface (OCAPI).
• Experience in developing software applications utilizing Microsoft .NET/C#, Microsoft SQL Server, XHTML/CSS, Java, JavaScript, Coldfusion, Web Services
• Experience with other Enterprise Content Management Systems  (i.e. IBM FileNet, Documentum, Alfresco)
• Experience in general desktop scanner usage and problem solving
