Job Description :

 

Infrastructure management (understanding of network and server infrastructure deployment and key internet concepts such as DNS, IP addressing, routers, etc.) Require working knowledge regarding Data Center infrastructure - installation and deployment of servers, storage area networks, how the Internet works including key concepts such as IP addresses, DNS name resolution, routers, differences in server platforms and their effects on data center resources such as power, physical space, rack units, etc storage area networks, differences in server platforms and data center management Experience in Project management, project planning and scheduling, attention to detail, coordination and communication " "PMP certification ITIL certification, understanding of agile/SCRUM methodologies" " - Customer relations skills to manage high profile customer projects - Ability to manage end to end customer requests and attention to details when gathering requirements - Multi-tasking skills and ability to think out of the box - Ability to envision the large picture and recommend process improvement - Must have exceptional written and oral communications skills - Proven ability to be a team player - Experience developing and managing direct relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure collaborative approach to developing solutions " Proven ability to motivate disparate teams both direct and indirect to solve issues .
