JOB Description:
1. Should have IBM WCS ( WebSphere Commerce) architecture design and development framework
2. Should have part of at least 3 WCS implementation
3. Should have an attitude of coding if needed. E.g. If need be he should pickup work from team and take it to closure
4. Should propose solutions
5. Strong experience of JAVA/J2EE
6. Strong verbal, presentation and written communications skills for technical audiences; able to explain technical solutions to technical teams
7. Solid SDLC knowledge and expertise / Agile
8. Good interpersonal, problem solving, reasoning and analytical skills
