Position: Data Analyst With (Contact Center)

Location: Mountain View, CA

Duration: 6 - 8+Months

Job Description:

• Provide consultation to business users on call metrics,
• troubleshooting data issues,
• Documentation, SQL Query,
• Good Communication skills
• CMS administration is an additional advantage.
• Understanding Database Management (such as MSSQL).
• contact center customer care experience, preferably in a technical environment.
